Last week the cold of the winter was really intense and for these cases there is nothing more comforting that a warm and tasty soup...(an English version at the bottom)

ENGLISH VERSION:

Last week the cold of the winter was really intense and for these cases there is nothing more comforting that a warm and tasty soup. The preparation is quite simple and the results... excellent!
I have no specific amounts but  I'm going to tell you how I prepared it.

Preparation:
In a saucepan with 1 or 2 tablespoons hot oil, fry a chopped onion and a half red bell peppers (if is very large). Allow to brown slightly for caramelize the onions (it will taste good).
Add broth of vegetables (from those of cubes) in the amount you wish to prepare.

What follows is common sense: putting the vegetables in this order: put the first the ones which take more time to cook and get rid less,  and later those that cooked faster.
The ones I used were these in this order: carrots, potatoes, sweet potato and pumpkin.
When you add the sweet potato and pumpkin (at the same time), also add some  short noodles soup, when they were "al dente" turn off the heat and add some canned beans.
At this time check the salt and if necessary corrected.
Leave covered for 5 minutes to rest and will be amalgamated the flavors.

In the meantime, I chopped green onions, put them in a bowl and garnish with a thread of oil, few drops of hot sauce (Tabasco type) and salt.

In another bowl I placed some cheese cubes (taking advantage of the rests of cheese that are left in the refrigerator).

served it in soup bowls placing some cheese cubes on the bottom and then a little soup, alternating layers of cheese and soup.
To finish, coronate the soup with the preparation of chopped green onions, and was very tasty...yum, yum!!!
And now ...enjoy and  you're not going to feel the chill!!!!

NOTE:
The choice of the vegetables is free, you can use  those vegetables you have on hand. Only remember that is  important to respect the correct cooking times.

And of course, a serve of this soup is a whole meal!!

I hope you liked it and can prepare it  to enjoy alone, with family or friends, because this kind of  meals remind us the granny's cooking, isn't it?
